Our Guarantee To You- Refund Policy
You will receive our 100%, no questions asked, cash refund should these regretfully happen to your order.

  1. Your flowers arrive damaged in transit.
  2. They are not delivered on the day requested or and to the correct address. However this would not happen if we have been given incorrect delivery address and contact details.
  3. The incorrect order was sent….eg.Red roses were ordered and yellow were sent.
  4. Our flowers are not fresh on arrival.
    Evidence of the above may be requested. Of course should you prefer your goods to be replaced Speaking Roses NZ would always consider this.

Return and Replacement Policy
Should there be any reasons that you consider the above we will very willingly welcome goods to be returned, to be inspected, and considered for a full replacement. We would consider all reasonable situations for this to happen. Flowers must be returned within 2 days.

Speaking Roses NZ Ltd substitute Policy
While we will always endeavour to meet full requirements of your order this is not always possible with the seasons and our stock availability. This gives Speaking Roses NZ every right to substitute flower types and colours when needed. We would substitute flower types BEFORE colour. The overall “style” of your order would always be very close to what’s pictured.

Exemptions to this

  1. Rose colours would never be changed. We would always contact first should this ever be in question
  2. White sympathy flowers would always be sent when ordered.

Delivery Procedures
Most of our orders are delivered by our specialised floral couriers. They will be delivered to the adddress and person when possible.

Residential Addresses: should there be no-one home the order will be left at a safe place away from street view and weather. Should this not be possible a calling card will be left and the couier will retain the order during that same day and every effort will be made by them and Speaking Roses NZ to make contact ASAP. The order will be returned to Speaking Roses NZ should this not happen during the same day. A re delivery the following day may incur an extra charge.

Business Addresses: When delivered the courier will check to make sure the person is working on that day and at that address. The company has the right to accept the order on the persons behalf. Any need to redirect will probably incur an extra charge.

Card Holders Statements
The name “Speaking Roses NZ” will appear on all card holders statements when using your card to purchase goods.

As per our trading name of Speaking Roses New Zealand Ltd.

Our Business Origins
Speaking Roses NZ Ltd is a New Zealand based business and all transactions will be billed in NZD dollars.
